October 20, 2003 - NYSSCA Officers and Board members generally run unopposed each year. Have you given any thought to getting more involved with the organization? Most offices don’t require a large time commitment and new input is always needed. If you’d like information on what each position entails, feel free to contact one of the current officers or members of the Board of Directors. Running for office isn’t your thing? Try coming to a meeting? Around 20 of our 650 members attend meetings. This is your organization. Help guide it in the direction you’d like to see it go.
